We act as your custodian for your Swiss or foreign collective investment scheme.

Reporting solutions:
As part of our asset servicing solutions, we provide customised reporting that enables you to monitor and analyse performance and risk, to name just a few.

How does it work?

In a first step, your dedicated relationship manager will sit down with you to gain an in-depth understanding of your situation, your requirements, and your goals. If they identify any institutional needs, a bespoke asset servicing solution will then be developed and implemented for you. This can be either a modular or an individual solution.

Your relationship manager will take care of all your enquiries, monitor the solution, and ensure action is taken should your needs change. A dedicated account manager will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the solution.

A private client with institutional needs typically has a multi-bank set-up. As a result, they often require back office and administrative support for the custody, accounting, and reporting associated with various types of assets. This support is crucial, as it helps them streamline their investment operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

With a global custody solution, you can keep all of your bankable securities, such as financial instruments, cash, and cash equivalents, with a single global custodian. You can also integrate external positions (eg direct real estate investments, debt derivatives, and private equity) into your investment reporting.

No. Assets held in securities deposits are considered segregated assets. In other words, these assets are legally separated from the bank’s balance sheet and are therefore not subject to the bank’s counterparty risk.

Our broad range of fund custody and additional services can be tailored to the needs of collective investment schemes and their partners, and include:

  • safekeeping and servicing;
  • exercising due diligence on third parties or sub-custodians;
  • services in the areas of forex and securities execution and advisory; and
  • acting as a transfer and paying agent, as well as a monitoring and controlling agency.

In our role as a depositary bank, we work together with numerous independent fund management companies for Swiss funds. For offshore funds, we work with a number of different administrators.
